I fully understand the nature of the HackRack service that SensePost provides, and the possibility that the information resulting from it may cause irreparable damage to a bona fide third party if it is obtained by a person with malicious intentions towards such a third party (which I do not have). In order for SensePost to ascertain whether I am duly authorized by the client to utilize the said service I will supply the correct information as requested during the registration process, and authorize SensePost (or any of its subsidiaries or associated business partners or associated companies or its duly authorized agent) to contact any person or entity referred to in the information supplied, or contact any employee of the client which it may deem, in its sole discretion, is in a position to confirm my aforesaid authorization to confirm that I am duly authorized to obtain the information that may result from the said service and to enter into a contract with SensePost to provide the said service.

Should any of the information supplied change at any stage after I have submitted it, but prior to SensePost entering into an agreement with the client or prior to any agreement which may in future be entered into between SensePost and the client being terminated, I will advise SensePost thereof without delay.

The information I will provide as part of the registration process is true and correct, however, should it come to the knowledge of SensePost (or any of its subsidiaries or associated business partners or associated companies or its duly authorized agent) that any of it is false or incorrect, it may after informing me accordingly, by electronic mail to the address supplied; refuse to provide the service to me or the client, and/or refer all or any part of the information supplied by me to the entity that I have named as the client, and/or refer all or any part of the information supplied by me to any law enforcing agency or any organization for further action, and for this purpose and only for this purpose I herewith waive any rights that I may have according to any legal jurisdiction in respect of my personal privacy.
